Common wayfinding tools value getting visitors from a to b as quickly and efficiently as possible. By using characteristics of the individual spaces, I propose alternative wayfinding tools that put a focus on exploring and experiencing the space. This approach has been manifested in a wayfinding adventure through the Merian Gardens – a botanical garden in Basel.
